This 5-week course by Jenna Zint will be an overview of the behavioral science & methodologies around using small habits to create a big impact of change.
If you miss a week of our in-person meeting; I'll give you access to a recording of our online course so you can watch at your convenience and catch-up.
**There will be a recording of each ZOOM meeting so you can catch up if you have to miss a week**
What will the Bootcamp look like?
I'll release a 5-15 min video training a few days before our Live-training module. There will be homework every week to activate these new habits. It will be things like "bring your awareness to..." or "notice when you..." not lengthy assignments.
Week #1: Overview of the importance of identity-based habits for long-term change.
Week #2: Clarifying your aspirations & revising them until they resonate.
Week #3: Brainstorming action steps towards aspiration & graphing them to choose one tiny habit you'll implement. We will create a tiny habit recipe.
Week #4: Reviewing & revising tiny habit from previous week. We will make 2 more tiny habit recipes.
Week #5: Revising 3 tiny habit components & editing them. We will talk about how to create a culture of change in any desired area of your life.
