Do the headbands come pre-tied?

Yes- our staff ties them before shipping. If you choose to- you can untie it to adjust the size.

How quickly will my order ship?

All items in our shop are made to order so they are NOT "ready to ship" immediately. 

We average 6-7 days turn around time (during non-holiday seasons) before items are shipped. 

 

How long does shipping take?

After your order is made, we then ship it via USPS first class. Domestic orders average 5 business days in transit to arrive.

 

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

The easiest way to calculate an *estimate* of when your order will arrive- is to add 11 days to when you placed your order.

 

How do I clean the product?

We recommend spot cleaning the product by hand & letting them dry flat.

Why does my order say it’s been delivered, but I haven’t received it?

It’s common for customers to get notified a day or two before package turns up in your mailbox. We can’t control this it’s on the USPS’s end of things. 8 times out of 10 it does show up even if it’s not there at the same time the notification gets sent.

 

If my purchase is the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, we accept returns & exchanges for unworn items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

What if the color or pattern is different than I anticipated, can I exchange it? 

Yes, we accept returns & exchanges for unworn items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

What’s the cost for returning or exchanging items? 

We do accept exchanges & returns for unwashed & unworn items within 15 days of receipt - YOU must pay for return shipping to us (around $3.50 through USPS), we will cover the shipping on the exchange back to you.

 

Can I ship my return with FedEx or UPS?

We *cannot* receive FedEx or UPS at our office. 

ONLY SEND through the United States Postal Service. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your package if you send through a different carrier.
